Finecast Industries was established with just four manually operated machines and a vision to manufacture high quality engineering components. Operating from a modest facility in Rajkot, Gujarat, we began producing precision automotive and engineering components, laying the foundation for decades of manufacturing excellence.

To meet evolving customer requirements, we made significant investments in advanced manufacturing technology by integrating CNC, VMC, VTL, and HMC machining centers. These upgrades enhanced machining precision, increased production efficiency, and enabled us to manufacture highly complex components with superior accuracy.
QUALITY EXCELLENCE
Advanced Metrology with CMM Inspection
Quality assurance entered a new era with the installation of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) technology. This investment strengthened dimensional inspection capabilities, improved process validation, and ensured consistently high precision across every manufactured component.
GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN SUPPORT
Launching Overseas Warehousing and VMI Services
To better support our growing international customer base, we established overseas warehousing capabilities and introduced Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) services. This strategic initiative enabled faster deliveries, optimized inventory management, and ensured a reliable, uninterrupted supply of precision components, strengthening customer partnerships through enhanced responsiveness and supply chain efficiency.

We established FineX Technocast, a state of the art green sand foundry equipped with an automated DISAMATIC C3 moulding line. This strategic investment significantly enhanced our casting capabilities, improved productivity, ensured superior process consistency, and reinforced our commitment to modern, sustainable manufacturing.
